Deacon Tillman Bracey was born September 1, 1925, to Heyward and Ella Mae Alexander Bracey, in the Westville Community of Kershaw County.  Deacon Tillman Bracey was affectionately known as “TB” to family and friends and “Pop” to his children and grands.
