Brenda Miller King wasborn on May 30, 1968, in Kershaw County, South Carolina, to the late Joc Davis and Gladys Francine Miller. She peacefully departed this life on May 6, 2025, in Lexington, North Carolina.
Brenda was educated in the public schools of Kershaw County. For many years, she made her home in Lexington, North Carolina, before returning to her beloved hometown of Camden, South Carolina. She was employed by The Budd Group, where her gentle spirit and dedication
left a lasting impression.
In 2021, Brenda united in marriage with Johnny King. Brenda wasa soft-spoken, shy woman whose sweet and humble nature touched all who knew her. She was the kind of person who always put her family first, offering unwavering love and support. To know Brenda was to truly
love her. Her presence brought comfort, and her heart helda deep well of kindness.
Left to cherish her memories, is her husband of 4 years, Johnny Bobby King; children, Shanica
Miller of Lexington, NC, Bobby Johnson (Casey)of Lexington, NC and Brad Miller of Lexington, NC; siblings, Randy Miller of Camden, SC, Veronica Strong of Lexington, NC, Roberta Peebles of Camden, SC, Britney Ransom of Camden, SC and Cedric Peebles of Lexington, NC; grandchildren, Taijuan Xavier Miller, Akeela Lyon Miller, Anaya Johnson, Jayvien Johnson, Makhi Johnson, Keiana Johnson, Camylah Johnson, Nehemiah Johnson, all of Lexington, NC; Keyshawn Miller, Jayshawn Miller of Columbia, SC and Paige Threadgill of Lexington, NC; a special son, Kyrian Peebles; 8 aunts; 5 uncles and a host of nieces, nephews,
cousins and extended family.
She was predeceased by her granddaughter, Sadira Ny'Vion Scott.
