Irene Jackson was born on April 8, 1938 in Bishopville, SC (LeeCounty). She was brought into this world by her mother, MaryAnn Roxanne Jackson and father, Delmas Holloman. IreneJackson entered glory on July 4, 2024, at the home of her youngest daughter.
Irene attended the public schools of Bishopville, South Carolina(Lee County). She was a member of Sandy Bluff Baptist Churchwhere she was baptized. Irene drove trucks to pick up people and take them to the field to work.
Irene will be welcomed to paradise with open arms as she was preceded in death by her son, Marion Stukes, her second youngest daughter, Eileen Richardson; sister, Dorothy Dixon, brothers, Bobbie Joe Roary, Danny Roary, and Willis Lee Holloman, twin boys, James John, Henry Thomas and WickHolloman; two sons-in-law, Clarence Prescott and Don Wilson; one granddaughter, Latoya Jackson.
Ms. Irene Jackson leaves to cherish her memories five children: Ronnie Jackson, Judy Prescott, Randy Jackson, Myrain Jackson and Marion Stukes, Jr. all of Bishopville, South Carolina; her sisters, Ruby Anderson, Jeanette, Judy, and Diane Roary; brothers, Jean Cooley and Wayne Cooley; three daughters-in-law, Elaine Jackson, Glenda/Felicia and Barbara Carter; special friend/sister-in-law, Mary (Dee) Holloman; Emma, Martha and Bertha Mae. She also leaves a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Ms. Irene’s legacy of love and dedication will continue to inspire and resonate in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her. May she rest in eternal peace.
