On May 30, 2021 our beloved Lateisha “Shawn” Lewis-Tucker entered into eternal rest at her home in Columbia, South Carolina, at the age of 41. She was born to the late Carrol Lewis and Larry Johnson on January 30, 1980.
Lateisha attended Kershaw County Schools, and love playing softball, cooking, doing hair, dancing, raising her grandkids, and listening to he favorite artist, Mary J. Blige. Lateisha had a smile that would brighten up any room that she walked in.
Lateisha leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Richard Tucker of twenty-three years; her father, Kenneth Johnson; one son, Markeil Lewis of Camden SC; one daughter, Destiny Tucker of the home; two grandchildren, Amir Lewis of Cassatt, SC and Amara Lewis of Camden SC; four sisters, Felicia (Robert) Hunter of Sumter, SC, Nakia (Kelley) Jackson of Westville SC, Demeitris (Derrick) Leonard and Ashley Lewis both of Camden SC; two brothers, Larry Lewis of Camden SC and Shondell (Delora) Ellis of Newark, DE; one god-daughter, Heven Goodwin of Cassatt, SC; one god-son, Zhyven Cooke of Camden, SC; two bonus sisters, Justella Robinson of Cassatt SC and Akebulan Cliett of Hartsville SC; a grandmother, Elizabeth Johnson-Dubose of Camden, SC; one sister-in-law, Debbie Dennis of Fayetteville NC; two brothers-in-law, Trell Tucker of Fayetteville NC, and Alvin Tucker of Columbia SC and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends
