McArthur Edward Dixon

Mr. McArthur E. Dixon, “Mack,” was born on September 19, 1959, to the late George and Leah Dixon.  God called him home on September 8, 2021.  

Mack accepted Christ at an early age.  He was a graduate of Lugoff-Elgin High School. After completion of high school, he enlisted in the United States Army to serve his country.   

Mack was preceded in death by his mother and father; two brothers, Curtis Dixon and Leon Dixon and one sister, Leila Dixon Belton.

Those left to cherish his memory are, one sister, Georgia Mae Dixon of El Paso, TX; one brother, Nathan Dixon of Camden, SC; two sisters-in-law, Willene Dixon and Joyce Dixon both of Lugoff, SC; four nieces, Tameka Moten, Elisa Walter, Tasha Brown and Brandie Dixon; five nephews, Curtis Dixon, Jr., Ralph Dixon, Herman Belton, Jr., Edward Henderson and Leon Dixon, Jr. and a host of other relatives and friends.
