Sarah "Mammie" Foman

Mrs. Sarah “Mammie” Cook Forman was born on June 26, 1921 in the Antioch Community of Kershaw County, South Carolina. She was the daughter of Columbus and Lucille Cook. Her life of longevity ended on February 19, 2019 at the home surrounded by loved ones. She was 97 years old. 

She was educated by her parents in the home along with the Antioch Community. She was a dedicated, loving and faithful homemaker. 

Her memories will be cherished by her daughters, Esseline Cook (caretaker), Annie Blyther, Mary Lee Forman and Rosa Brunson all of Camden, SC and Virgina Wood (Thomas) of Cassatt, SC; one sister, Annie Bell Mitchell of Camden, SC; one sister-in-law, Bertha Cook of Camden, SC; one brother-in-law, Louis Blyther of Camden, SC; a devoted grandson, Clenzo N. Forman of Camden, SC; a niece/caretaker, Betty Jean Wright of the home and a host of grandchildren, niece, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
