Shirley Cauthen

Ms. Shirley Ann Cauthen was the daughter of the late James L. and Mattie M. Cauthen.  She was born in Sumter County, South Carolina, on December 3, 1956 and entered into eternal life on April 3, 2020, at Prisma Health Richland Hospital.

Shirley was a lifelong member of the Union Baptist Church where she served as a member of the Usher Board, the Praise Team and the Worship Choir.

Those left to cherish her loving memories are five brothers, David Cauthen of Camden, SC, E. Dean Cauthen of Columbia, SC, S. Darnell (Laverne) Cauthen. Donald (Valerie) Cauthen and Dale (Thomasenia) Cauthen all of Rembert, SC; a sister, Sherry (George) Spann of Winston Salem, NC; two aunts, Beulah H. Dixon of Rembert, SC and Barbara Greene of Lansing, MI; two uncles, Arthur Cauthen and John Cauthen both of Lansing, MI and a host of nieces, nephews, many dear cousins and friends.
