Mr. Troy Maurice Bracey, son of the late Gretta Richardson Wright and Mr. Henry Bracey of Camden, South Carolina, was born on March 3, 1970, in Camden, South Carolina. He entered into eternal rest on Friday, November 15, 2024, at home, surrounded by loved ones, in Dalzell, South Carolina.
He attended Camden area schools. He attended St. John Baptist Church, in Camden, South Carolina. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. His bright sense of humor and big smile brought joy to a lot of people’s hearts and soul. He was definitely our gentle giant and he always had faith in God.
Troy preceded in death his mother, Gretta Richardson Wright.
He leaves to cherish his memories, a daughter, Tionna Janae English of Virginia; a sister, Stacie Wright of Dalzell, SC; his father, Henry Bracey of Camden, SC; his loving aunts, Betty Robertson and Doris Lenix both of Camden, SC, and Patricia Alston Bracey of Hyattsville, MD; his uncle, James Bracey of Salt Lake City, UT; two nieces that he loved dearly, Shajuan Princess Johnson and Mikevin Shanell Loney; a cousin/sister, Nicole Robertson of Charlotte, NC; cousins, Kelsey Odom, Greg “G-Rock” Robertson, and Shane Thomas all of Camden, SC and Brad Thomas of Colorado and a host of other relatives and friends.
