Ms. Vivian Ann Cook, 55 years of age, was born in Camden, South Carolina, on October 13, 1963, to the late James and Amy Cook. She entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, June 4, 2019.
Ann attended Kershaw County Public Schools. She was a graduate of Camden High School, class of 1981. She was employed by the Kershaw County Board of Disabilities and Special Needs for 22 years. She loved her job and co-workers, and enjoyed helping the individuals she served.
Ann was a member of Gaines Baptist Church in Camden, SC, and served until her death. She was a member of the Adult Choir, Usher Board, Women’s Ministry, and various other ministries within the church. Ann was a loving person with a beautiful soul. She touched many lives and will be missed.
She was preceded in death by a son, Andrew Cook.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her son, Veron Mallory Cook (Nicole), of Camden, SC; one grandson, Kevin, of Camden, SC; two granddaughters, Nelaya and Malia, both of Camden, SC; five brothers, James (Joyce) Cook, William (Vernessa) Cook, and Charles Cook, all of Camden, SC, Harold (Catherine) Cook of Batesburg, SC, and Ronald Cook of Timmonsville, SC; four aunts, Christine Cook, Aleen (Johnny) Harris, Daisy Thomas, and Priscilla Murphy; two uncles, Charles (Sandra) Tillman and Samuel Rowell; a special friend, Ronald Fleming; a special cousin, Frances Peebles; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
